40:20 is a unique science based class combining muscle building with fat loss.

40:20
Is the tempo we use to lift weights. The slower eccentric movements help create greater time under tension, while lengthening the muscle.

40 SECONDS:
Each repetition lasts 40 seconds

20 SECONDS:
High intensity exercise, executed with maximum intensity for 20 seconds can create fat burning for up to 48 hours

20 MINUTES:
The high intensity exercises are executed for no more than 20 minutes, after which intensity wanes.
