To ensure that we keep to the recommended number of users to floor space ratio, we are implementing a booking system for the first time at Phase One.
You will be able to book hour long gym sessions either on the hour or half hour. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance for members (5 days for non members).
You will have the choice of booking for an upstairs session for our cardio gym and lighter toning or downstairs for mainly weights based training.
This is part of our “Social Fitnessing” plan
