All these classes are FREE to gym members. Some members attend the free classes only and others use them to supplement their other fitness programs.
If you are not a member you can still take part for a fee, paid when you attend. At the moment the fee is £5:00. So if you want to attend any of these classes regularly, then becoming a gym member would be better financially and you will be able to access all areas.
PLUS members are more likely to achieve their goals.
