The goal of our fitness boot camp

Is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and so find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Participants make friends and socialize as they exercise, Boot camp workouts also attract many people because they:

  • Offer a more challenging and varied workout
  • Require little or no special equipment
  • Create a sense of camaraderie among the participants

There are many other benefits of a fitness boot camp, which includes mental health. It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator.

 

This was my first time I attended a boot camp class and was quite nervous but I was made to feel very welcome and the instructor was very friendly and encouraging. Felt great afterwards and felt I got a really good workout. Have already recommended to work colleagues and friends. Looking forward to going again.
