Our class timetable is split into two categories.

- PRIVATELY RUN CLASSES
All classes are available to non-members, however there is a “non-member” charge, currently £5.00, for member classes.
FREE TO MEMBERS
Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals.
Most of us work harder in the presence of others.
Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.
