Welcome to Bath’s Premier fitness gym

Gyms in BathProbably one of the best gyms in Bath because we are a one of the longest standing gyms and bulging with experience, that’s why our members often exceed their fitness expectations.

We have a wide spectrum of members from very young and those that seem to get younger as time goes on 🙂 .

At this time we are restructuring our facilities to take into consideration the requirements outlined by The Government’s COVID-19 rules, to provide a safe place to get and keep fit

Can exercising help protect you against COVID-19?

“Exercise has a major effect on the immune system – it’s a fact we have known for decades,”

Multiple studies have now linked moderate exercise with decreased rates of influenza, pneumonia, and other infections, as well as chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Staying active supports your immune system in a variety of ways, including reducing inflammation, increasing the presence of innate immune cells, and positively affecting your gut microbiome, all of which support your body’s defence mechanisms. ‍

Regular exercise has also been shown to improve your ability to regulate your immune system, which may be essential for avoiding the severe symptoms of COVID-19 caused by immune system over-reactions.

Personal Trainers

Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals.

Most of us work harder in the presence of others.

Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.
